Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is only available within the US.

Flat rate orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days. 

Expedited rate orders will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days.

International orders can be placed via our Etsy shop.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.

During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Multiple Addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to be eligible for a return, all original tags must be attached in its original placement. Any item returned with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or damaged will not be accepted for a return and a re-shipping fee will be applied.

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please get in touch with us via email within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please use the subject line “Support” and be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

We will review each customer email and confirm if an item is eligible to be exchanged or returned but we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will provide exchange or return instructions via email. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping expense and they are processed back to the original form(s) of payment used for the order. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt back to Zee Perfect Gift. Once we have received your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 – 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 – 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. You will receive a confirmation email from our system after your refund is processed on our end. Afterpay refunds are issued once returning item(s) are received. Unfortunately, Zee Perfect Gift would be unable to put a pause on your Afterpay payments while your order is in the process of being returned. Gift certificate codes are non-refundable and gift certificate credits are reloaded onto the code used for the returning order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
